Health care revamp: Legislation to add cost for business

President Barack Obama is poised to sign a sweeping $938 billion health care bill that would extend coverage to 32 million uninsured Americans.

The politically polarizing measure, which gained House approval Sunday after months of rancorous debate, would expand the Medicaid insurance program for the poor, reduce prescription costs for seniors and ban insurance company practices such as charging more to women and denying coverage to people with-pre-existing medical conditions.
