Health care premiums likely to see double-digit increases
Sacramento Business Journal

Employers can expect health care premiums to increase an average of 9 percent nationwide in 2011, down slightly from a 9.5 percent average rate increase in 2010, according to a new report by PricewaterhouseCoopers. The norm appears to be anywhere from 11 percent to 14 — and some employers with expensive health benefit claims in 2010 face renewals as high as 60 percent.
