The Press-Enterprise

A Costa Mesa attorney has filed a second lawsuit against Valley Heath System this time alleging a respiratory therapist did not receive overtime pay when she worked more than 40 hours in a week and also was denied an uninterrupted 30-minute meal break.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Riverside County Superior Court, also claims that records of Jessica F. Lopez’s work week were altered to avoid overtime payments.

Lopez is the only plaintiff in the case filed by Gregory G. Petersen.
