Cuccinelli compliments ruling supporting health care reform

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli said Wednesday that a Washington judge’s 64-page ruling this week upholding the federal health care overhaul makes the most compelling case yet that the Democrat-backed reform is constitutional.

In an interview at Pat Robertson’s Regent University in Virginia Beach following his luncheon speech on leadership, the Republican said that the ruling issued Tuesday by Washington U.S. District Court Judge Gladys Kessler is the best of three ruling rejecting constitutional questions.
