Cal State San Bernardino nursing program in Palm Desert eyes crucial vote on $300K grant

The Desert Healthcare District Board of Directors plans to vote today on a $300,000 grant that could be crucial to the survival of the nursing program at California State University, San Bernardino’s Palm Desert campus.

If approved, the money will be used over the next three years to pay instructors and other administrative costs for the incoming class of 22 students in the bachelor’s degree program of nursing at the Palm Desert campus.
