Still Time to Register for Hospital Compliance Seminar
Launches Tuesday in Pasadena

CHA’s annual Hospital Compliance Seminar launches Tuesday, Feb. 6 in Pasadena; a second seminar is scheduled for Feb. 21 in Sacramento. This one-day seminar will review recent changes in state and federal law and provide critical information to protect hospitals and their staff. The seminar will feature a team of speakers from Hooper, Lundy & Bookman PC, including partners Patric Hooper and Lloyd Bookman. Topics include important new changes that providers should know about, including increased federal focus on sanctioning individuals for fraud and abuse violations, instead of “just” fining organizations. The seminar will also address updates to the California Department of Public Health privacy breach investigation process.

Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of CHA’s 2018 Hospital Compliance Manual, which covers all applicable California and federal laws. This hands-on program is a must-attend for all hospital compliance professionals. For more information and to register today, visit www.calhospital.org/hospital-compliance.
