The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has produced a  series of videos and other resources for consumers and health care professionals, designed to address methamphetamine use.

The number of fatal methamphetamine overdoses tripled between 2011 and 2016, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In 2018, 106,000 people over 25 used methamphetamine, a 43% increase over the previous year. The SAMHSA site also includes a telephone help line number and a link to an online behavioral health treatment services locator.
