The CAHHS Volunteer Services motto —Volunteers the Heart of Health Care: Many Faces, Many Reasons, One Heart — will continually serve as a call to action during this year’s conference, where quality education, best practices, patient-focused programs and standards for organizational excellence and inclusion will be showcased. The conference will offer a wide variety of topics of interest to both hospital volunteers and staff.

Educational tracks will focus on health care reform, patient service programs, community partnerships, volunteer administration, fundraising and retail science. Suggested audiences include representatives from hospital volunteers and volunteer leadership teams, executive and leadership teams, patient services, nursing, fundraising, foundations, advocacy, marketing and communications, community benefits, community health, human resources and retail.

Additionally, the conference will provide an excellent forum to meet and network with others who believe volunteering is a core strategic function of every hospital organization.

Join CAHHS and help create a new direction for California’s hospital volunteer workforce – representing almost 100,000 volunteers – by exploring local, regional, statewide and national volunteer leadership solutions to meet today’s health care reform challenges.

Online registration is available to attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers. Space is limited to 500 attendees per day.
