Programs Will Address Seismic-Compliance Deadlines
Sign up now for SB 499 Reporting Form and SB 90 seismic extension seminars

CHA will hold a web seminar Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to address recent changes to the SB 499 Reporting Form by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). Owners of Structural Performance Category (SPC)-1 buildings are required to submit the forms each year by Nov. 1. Fines will apply for late or incomplete submissions. OSHPD faculty will explain recent revisions and new definitions to the SB 499 Reporting Form, as well as define what constitutes a completed report.Program and registration information is available at www.calhospital.org/sb499-reporting-web.

In addition, OSHPD will conduct a half-day seminar Aug. 29 in Sacramento and Aug. 30 in Burbank on applying for an SB 90 seismic extension.
