Population Health Management Series Lauded by Member Hospitals

CHA recently completed its five-part certification series on population health management (PHM). Nearly 200 people registered for the series; CHA is issuing a Certificate of Population Health Management to those who completed all five programs. Member feedback was overwhelmingly positive, including:

“Very informative, insightful and visionary.”

“Program is very well done in all aspects. The content provides a significant amount of substantial information on the transformable state our industry is in and is done in a way that is helpful and easy to follow.”

“This webinar series is wonderful with assisting in implementation of a population health program.”

CHA contracted with management consultants and thought leaders from Kaufman, Hall & Associates to produce the program under the direction of Anne McLeod, CHA’s senior vice president for health policy and innovation. As part of this work, Kaufman Hall met with California hospital executives to hear about their approaches to PHM, as well as their lessons learned. These case examples are shared throughout the program and accompanying materials.

In response to member requests, CHA has provided registered participants with access to the program recordings and materials, and encourages them to share the information within their member hospitals.

For hospitals that were unable to participate in the live events, the series is available for purchase and includes the program recordings, comprehensive Issue Briefs and presentation slides for all five webinars. For more information and to order, visit
