OSHPD Joins New California Health and Human Services Open Data Portal

The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) has posted initial data sets as part of its launch of the new California Health and Human Services Open Data Portal, which also includes data from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). The initial data sets relate to seismic compliance; additional data sets from OSHPD, CDPH and other departments will be added in the future. The portal’s goals include promoting research and economic opportunities, increasing transparency and informing decision-making. For further information about the OSHPD data, contact David Byrnes, information officer, at David.Byrnes@oshpd.ca.gov or visit the website at www.OSHPD.ca.gov.
