NLRB Finds CNA Committed Unfair Labor Practice

A National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge (ALJ) issued a decision earlier this month concluding that the California Nurses Association (CNA) committed an unfair labor practice by printing “The Weingarten Rights” on the back of contracts it distributed to CNA members. Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital filed the charge challenging CNA’s practice at the hospital, as well as 42 other California hospitals.
