New Privacy Manual Now Available

CHA’s 2012 California Health Information Privacy Manual is now available. This comprehensive manual covers both federal and state laws regulating the privacy, security, use and disclosure of health information. The new edition reflects changes in legislation and regulations through October 2012, including new state laws and HIPAA mandates under the federal HITECH Act.
