National Physician Survey to Include Key California Results
Will inform a medical profession “state of the union”

The Physicians Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower physicians to lead in the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient health care, has launched its fourth national Survey of America’s Physicians. Completed previously in 2008, 2012 and 2014, the survey solicits insightful responses from California physicians and is expected to generate results of interest to California hospitals and other health care professionals. While national in scope, a California-specific report will be produced from the survey responses, including information about how California physicians compare to other doctors nationally in terms of morale levels, practice metrics and career choices.
