Hospital Compliance Seminar to Provide Updates on Key Federal Regulations
Participants receive free 2016 California Hospital Compliance Manual

Attendees at this year’s Hospital Compliance seminars will learn about the most recent updates on federal compliance issues, including revisions to Stark regulations; changes for managing patients under observation; and new developments in the 60-day rule for overpayments. Scheduled for Feb. 17 in Sacramento and Feb. 23 in Long Beach, the seminars will also include an overview of the Office of Inspector General’s Work Plan and key focus areas for 2016, along with a discussion and analysis of important case decisions impacting hospital compliance. A special panel session of hospital compliance officers will examine persistent compliance issues and offer practical solutions.

This annual program is recommended for hospital compliance officers, in-house legal counsel, chief financial officers and others responsible for hospital compliance with state and federal law.

All attendees receive a free copy of CHA’s 2016 California Hospital Compliance Manual. To view the full agenda or to register, visit the CHA website at
