Hospira Recalls Injectable Drug Products

The California Department of Public Health has issued an All Facility Letter (AFL) to licensed health care facilities to immediately discontinue the use and distribution of Hospira injectable drug products of specific lot and batch numbers due to visible particles embedded in the glass at the neck of the vials.
