Health Net to Provide Active Duty Military Counseling Services

MHN Government Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Health Net, Inc., has been awarded a U.S. Department of Defense Military & Family Life Counseling (MFLC) contract. MHN Government Services is one of three contractors that will participate in the new MFLC program and expects to receive approximately $100 million in annual revenues from the new contract. MFLC provides short-term counseling to active duty military service members, including members of the National Guard and Reserve Components, and their families worldwide. Services under the new contract will begin Nov. 15.
