Discount Deadline Is Next Week for Physician Leadership Program
Enroll by July 15 to save on tuition

Individuals interested in participating in the 2017-18 session of the California Physician Leadership Program should enroll by July 15 to take advantage of discounted tuition. Developed to advance physicians’ leadership skills and equip them for the future of health care, the program brings together industry leaders and USC Marshall School of Business scholars to provide education on leadership strategies, core business principles and the ever-changing health care arena. The program concludes with a group project that emphasizes practical applications of the program’s content to issues physicians face in their daily practice.

Past participants have lauded the program:

“I can’t speak highly enough about the program. Being able to learn from top minds in the field of medical management/business while interacting with colleagues was fantastic,” remarked Oren Zaidel, MD, Torrance Memorial Medical Center.

Jill Tiongco, MD, Montage Health, praised the program saying, “Excellent course that I would highly recommend – whether you are a physician in the trenches or a physician moving up the management ladder. The tools and strategies learned to affect change were well worth every single plane trip each month!”

Classes are held on a Friday and Saturday each month from October 2017 to April 2018, and take place on or near the USC campus. Physicians can earn up to 105 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ provided by the USC Keck School of Medicine. The program is limited to 40 participants.
