Discount Deadline Extended for Physician Leadership Program
Enroll by July 28 and save $1,500

The deadline for discounted tuition for the California Physician Leadership Program has been extended to July 28. Individuals interested in participating in the 2017-18 session should enroll soon to take advantage of reduced tuition rates.

“Health care is in a state of flux. Never has it been more important for physicians to advance as leaders in their organizations and in delivering care. This unique educational opportunity equips and empowers physicians to create positive change, which will have lasting effects for hospitals and the patients they serve,” said CHA Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer David Perrott, MD, DDS, MBA, FACS.

A collaboration of CHA and the Regional Associations, the program was developed to enhance physicians’ leadership and strategic thinking skills and equip them to lead change within the increasingly dynamic health care environment. With an emphasis on group-based learning, the program offers practical and meaningful content on leadership strategies, core business principles, the ever-changing health care arena and more.

Program faculty include a unique balance of USC Marshall School of Business scholars and industry experts. The program concludes with a project emphasizing practical applications of its concepts to problems physicians face every day in health care.

Classes are held on a Friday and Saturday each month from October 2017 to April 2018, and take place on or near the USC campus. Physicians can earn up to 105 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ provided by the USC Keck School of Medicine.
