DHCS to Develop Mental Health Substance-Use Disorder Plan

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has retained the California Institute for Mental Health and the Alcohol and Drug Policy Institute to develop a business plan for addressing critical mental health and substance-use disorder services. The business plan will assist DHCS and counties in preparing for and responding to changes facing the delivery of mental health and substance-use disorder services in California.
