Covered California Announces Feb. 20 Enrollment Assistance Webinar
Includes overview of how to become a Certified Enrollment Entity and Certified Enrollment Counselor

Covered California will conduct an informational webinar on the Enrollment Assistance Program on Feb. 20 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. (PT). To help individuals enroll into the Covered California marketplace and access Covered California’s online portal — the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment and Retention System (CalHEERS) — hospitals must first become registered as a Certified Enrollment Entity (CEE), complete the required training for the CEE and have staff become trained by Covered California as Certified Enrollment Counselors (CECs). Training is free, including associated costs such as fingerprinting, background checks and annual recertification.
