The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will hold a listening session on Jan. 29 at 11 a.m. (PT) to gather feedback on provider experiences with the Medicare fee-for-service program.
Specifically, CMS is interested in feedback on actions the agency could take to improve processes and enhance interactions between providers and Medicare administrative contractors (MACs) related to operations, technology, and business functions.
Registration is required, and a copy of the presentation is available online. Comments and questions can be emailed in advance of the listening session to CMSListens@cms.hhs.gov with “MAC Provider Experience” in the subject line.
