CHA and Our Health California (OHC), a digital community of more than 1 million hospital and health care supporters, recently took home three awards for digital content focused on both behavioral health and homelessness. The awards were won at the annual Aster Awards, an elite competition recognizing the nation’s most talented health care marketing professionals for excellence in advertising.

The competition allows health care organizations and advertising agencies to compete against similarly sized organizations from around the world. OHC has won five previous Aster Awards for its consumer education and advocacy campaigns.

The three awards (the first two entries were part of OHC’s ongoing effort to address behavioral health system shortages and reduce stigmas) include:

Gold Award
Entry Name: Hidden Struggles
Category: Blogs
Group: Non-Hospital Organization/Association
Agency: Blue State — Washington, DC

Silver Award
Entry Name: A Candid Conversation about Access to Behavioral Health Care
Category: Special Video Production — Series

Bronze Award

All entries are judged by a diverse panel of industry experts. Best of show and judge’s choice trophies — as well gold, silver, and bronze certificates — are granted to entries exemplifying excellence. Winning entries must score in the top tiers among similar-sized organizations.
