The California Department of Public Health is seeking nominations for its Beverlee A. Myers Award for Excellence in Public Health, honoring the contributions of public health and health care service professionals who improve the health status of Californians. Nominations are due March 2 at 5 p.m. (PT) and can be sent to Michael.Marks@cdph.ca.gov.
Nominations should include the following information about the nominee:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Complete narrative of why the individual is being nominated
- A copy of the nominee’s curriculum vitae or resume is not required, but can be helpful
