The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has notified providers that it will hold a stakeholder meeting Jan. 29 from 2- 4 p.m. to solicit feedback on revising Title 22 general acute care hospital regulations for administration, licensing, medical services, records, and reporting. CHA will participate in the meeting and encourages members to participate as well.

In All Facilities Letter 20-08, CDPH asks that anyone planning to attend the meeting review its stakeholder questions document, which describes the areas of Title 22 regulation for which CDPH is specifically seeking input. The meeting will be held at 1500 Capitol Avenue, Training Room C, in Sacramento. To attend via WebEx, register here.
