CDC Issues Updated Vaccine Information

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has released updated vaccine information statements for recombinant zoster; measles, mumps and rubella; measles, mumps, rubella and varicella; varicella; and live zoster. Federal law requires that health care providers give the relevant vaccine information statement to each patient (or parent/legal representative) who is vaccinated for these diseases.
