Clinicians urged to continue vigilance for patients who received contaminated steroid injections

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a health update about continued reports of fungal infection among patients who were injected with contaminated methylprednisolone acetate from the New England Compounding Center in Massachusetts last year.
