CDC Announces First Case of Ebola Diagnosed in U.S.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced today that a patient receiving treatment in a Dallas, Texas, hospital is the first person diagnosed with the Ebola virus in the U.S. The patient arrived in the U.S. Sept. 20 from Liberia.
