CHA's 2011 Report on Legislation summarizes important state health care legislation enacted during the second year of the 2010-2011 legislative session. Statutory changes become effective January 1, 2012, unless otherwise noted.

The report includes bill summaries, an index by author and an index by bill number. Also included this year is a summary of key bills that will have a direct impact on hospitals.
