CAHHS Volunteer Services

For almost 50 years, the Volunteer Services Department of the California Association of Hospitals and Health Systems (CAHHS) has promoted and supported health care volunteerism in the state's hospitals and health systems.

Nominations Now Open for 2009 Committee on Volunteer Services

Nominations are now being accepted for the CAHHS 2009 Committee on Volunteer Services (COV).

COV is a link among auxiliaries, volunteer groups and area councils throughout the state. In keeping with its goals and objectives, COV initiates, plans and recommends policies and standards for volunteer activities.

Nominations are due Sept. 15. Appointments are for one-year terms. However, members may be reappointed for up to three consecutive terms.
