Emergency and Post-Stabilization Rate Lawsuit

In May 2009, CHA filed a lawsuit in federal district court challenging the California Department of Health Care Service's implementation of the Rogers Amendment and reimbursement rates paid by Medi-Cal managed care plans to noncontracted hospitals for emergency and poststabilization services.  This lawsuit is currently pending, and updates will be posted on this page as they occur.
